Skinny Wool Scarf

Lõnga nimi on Skinny Wool, sellepärast on sallil selline nimi. Võib võtta ka nii, et sobib peenike villane lõng, 100 g/500-800 m. Aade Lõng 8/1 sobiks kindlasti ka. Võiks proovida ka mohäärist.
The yarn is called Skinny Wool, hence the name of the scarf. It can be viewed also as suitable pattern for light yarns 100 g/500-800 m. I am sure Aade Lõng 8/1 would be suitable, too. And I would also try it from mohair.

Kuldnõela auhinna pidu/Ceremony of Kuldnõel award

Sain ootamatult Kristel Kuslapuult kutse Kuldnõela auhinna peole. Ta oli üks nominente. Ja ta võitiski selle! Ta esitas kollektsiooni, kus oli see sviiter.
Quite unexpectedly I got invited by Kristel Kuslapuu to attend Kuldnõel award ceremony (in the framework of Tallinn Fashion Week). She was shortlisted for the award. And she won it! She presented her collection where this sweater was one of the outfits.

Nüüd teen natuke teise kalkulatsiooniga Skinny Wool-nimeliset meriinost (25 g/165 m). Leppisime kokku Adelega, et kirjutan ingliskeelse õpetuse ja soovitan seda lõnga. Lõng on tugevama keeruga, kui Diteksasest pärit kašmiir. See tähendab, et peab soonikut korralikult, seetõttu lõin rohkem mustrikordi, et kompenseerida kokkutõmbumist laiusesse.
Now I am making another one with a slightly different calculation from Skinny Wool named merino. Adele and I have an agreement that I will write an English-language pattern and recommend this yarn. It has a much stronger twist than the cashmere from Diteksas. This means that it holds ribbing quite well and that's why I casted on more pattern repeats to compensate contraction in the width.
