Now I have the sleeves for my kimono jacket. In the beginning it looked like this:
The back and the front pieces are not joined yet. The green dots designate the points where the sleeves end (in reality, I have stitch markers there). You have to fold everything along the shoulder line, to knit together the sleeves from the sleeve edge to the green dot and then to try on. The next picture shows the shoulder stitch pattern.
And here the sleeves have been knitted together and it is possible to try on. The sleeves are done and now I will start knitting the torso part in one piece.
