Kere on peaaegu valmis. Koon praegu varrukaid.
The torso is almost done. I am knitting the sleeves now.
Tahaksin, et värvijaotus oleks enam-vähem sümmeetriline mõlemas varrukas. Lõnga peaks olema varuga, et saada 2 enam-vähem sarnase värvijaotusega "tabletti".
I would like to have a more or less symmetrical colour distribution in the sleeves. It is necessary to have some extra yarn in order to have 2 yarn cakes with more or less similar colour distribution.
Varrukad on muidugi väiksema diameetriga, kui kere, neid ei pea kuduma kahest kerast, et saada pikemad sektsioonid. Aga vaadake, oluline on ka värvimuutuse suund. Koon praegu vasakust "tabletist". Algab mustjaspunasest, läheb üle punaseks, helepunaseks, halliks jms. Parempoolne on aga vastupidine, algab mustast, läheb tumehalliks, helehalliks, helepunaseks, punaseks jne. Teist tabletti ei pea ümber kerima, võin kuduma hakata keskelt, sest tableti keskel ongi just mustjaspunane.
The sleeves have of course a narrower diametre than the torso and you don't have to knit them from two balls in order to get logner colour sections. But pay attention, it is the direction of colour change that is important. Now I am working from the cake on the left side. It starts from reddish-black, then changes into red, light red and so on. The right cake is the opposite: it starts from black, then goes into dark grey, light grey, light red, red etc. I don't have to re-wind the right cake, it is enough if I take the yarn from the middle of the cake where it is reddish-black.
